This book aims to guide purposeful action, celebrating and popularizing the efforts of those who use design thinking to create positive cultural change.
Drawing from decades of collective wisdom, theory and results, the Living Principles' framework weaves environmental, social, economic and cultural sustainability into an actionable, integrated approach that can be consistently communicated to designers, business leaders, educators and the public.
The book pages were design and printed on Mohawk 100lb text, while the cover was created from 120lb matte cover stock. The water droplets are spot varnished creating a "sheen" that provides contrast between the printed droplets and matte paper. The book lives within a recycled chipboard case with a die-cut opening to view the title of the book. Accompaning CD sleeve houses a digital PDF version and slides into the case alongside the book.
