This self-promotional campaign was designed to creatively illustrate the thought process in which designers use everyday. The project allowed the reader to gain insight in the the mindset of designers, allowing them to learn about each one, while witnessing how they see the world around them.

Taking inspiration from designer Stefan Sagmeister's books showcasing typography found in nature or inspired from real items to portray words of wisdom, the book compiles both images and bios of young designers and the "things they have learned" over their lives thus far.

The first component consists of a fan-folded booklet that is screw-post bound. This intimate, pocket-sized book gave a glimpse into each designer through visual representation of 'Thing they have learned in their life' through typographic treatments to everyday objects. The small book was then translated into a larger perfect-bound book and invitation to an event.
